Project Overview
Codesap Technologies partnered with the Ministry of Technology and Communication (MTC), Laos, to build a national- level digital learning platform tailored for online school education. The result was a secure, scalable, and user-friendly LMS that empowers educators to conduct engaging virtual classes while maintaining full administrative oversight from a centralized system.
Aligned with the government’s vision for modern education, the platform enables seamless communication between students, teachers, school administrators, and national-level supervisors—marking a major leap in Laos’s digital education journey.
Our Solution
We developed a custom Learning Management System (LMS) built for scale, with a strong focus on user roles, real-time interaction, and seamless administrative workflows—tailored specifically for public sector education.
Core Modules & Features
Hierarchical User Management System
Clearly defined roles—Root Admin, School Admin, Teacher, and Student—allow for structured access and effective governance at every level.
School Management Under Central Authority
Schools are on boarded and organized by administrative divisions, with School Admins managing operations within their specific institutions.
Teacher Management Panel
School Admins can assign subjects, manage schedules, and oversee teacher activities through an intuitive interface
Virtual Classrooms with Jitsi Integration
Secure live sessions are powered by Jitsi Meet, an open-source video conferencing solution approved for government use.
Live Scheduling & Calendar View
Teachers can schedule sessions in advance, while students and parents can view timetables to stay organized.
Batch-wise Student Management
Students are grouped by grade or subject, allowing content delivery and live sessions to be tailored for each batch.
Doubt Management Module
Students can raise questions directly on the platform, which are routed to teachers for timely responses—even outside class hours.
Practice Question Bank
A structured repository of questions enables students to practice by subject or grade. Teachers can upload, manage, and organize the content easily.
